It can be kept after going back in time and can be used as a sign of superiority. (For example, I have 27 Doge diamonds, I have over 300 different units and all planets, I go back in time and get 72 Doge diamonds and I keep the 27 so now i have 99 Doge diamonds. (this actually happened to me.))
