Cate is the main antagonist of Doge in the game, and there are Streamer Kittens on Earth, which post videos to the internet for dogecoin.
Early on in the game, Cate Miner makes its first appearance as an intruder that steals dogecoin. Clicking on one of them gives you Streamer Kittens for free. NewsDoge makes several reports about a Cate mining operation led by kitten labour. After unlocking the Time Machine Mining Rig, the D.I.A calls you about stopping Kitler, the leader of the Cate mining operation.
To summarize, Cate is the enemy of Doge, and Doge rescues kittens to post videos for dogecoin. After defeating Kitler and completing the D.I.A’s mission, you are rewarded greatly.
