Reallyhardium is unlocked when Dancing Elon is upgraded to his Cyborg Elon upgrade.
Reallyhardium allows you to virtually get infinite upgrades, such as coating upgrades, Shibe helmet, etc. It also unlocks a bonuscoin.
One should note that unlike Dogediamonds, Reallyhardium is lost when you complete the D.I.A mission (rebirth) (prestige.)

Reallyhardium is basically the game's stand-in for titanium, as it has the same atomic number.
It is possible to unlock Reallyhardium without the blueprint, as shown in the image below.
